Cobalt Dash Cup- Made to Order
A wheel thrown cup, hand painted in the cobalt dash pattern. A slightly different shape to the coffee cup- without the folded lip at the top, a more classic mug shape. Thrown on the wheel, a handle is pulled and added, then slip and oxides layered to create the pattern. Please note the slip on the cups is now a blacker colour- the first photo is the most recent. The interior is a glossy off white.
These pieces are made to order, the lead time from when your order is placed is 8 weeks.
Handmade in my Norfolk studio, each cup is thrown on the wheel by me, and fired twice in my electric kiln- powered by renewable energy.
I have made these a little bigger than before and they now measure approximately 9-10cm tall.
Each cup is made by hand in my studio in Norwich. As such please expect slight variations in shape, height, and glaze finish. I will pack carefully and plastic free.
