Medium Cobalt Dash Platter -Studio Seconds
A medium sized oval platter with a raised rim and a glossy surface, in my cobalt dash pattern. Designed to sit in the middle of the table, laden with salad or pudding.
Handmade in my Norfolk studio, each platter is rolled, pressed, and then hand painted with layers of slip and oxides, then fired twice in my electric kiln- powered by renewable energy.
Measures approximately 32.5cm long, 25.5cm wide.
These pieces are studio seconds- they have a slight warp from their second firing to one edge of the rim. There are two pieces available.
Each platter is made by hand by me, in my studio in Norwich. As such please expect slight variations in slip, oxide and glaze finish.
